If you're on location and a customer wants to order, but realizes they don't have all the personalized information, here's some ideas.
- Let them use your phone, if they don’t have one, so they can find the missing information.
- Complete the order and payment and tell the customer you will call/email to get the missing information
- Have coupons/gift certificates for your website ready, and give to the customer (they can use or give as gift)
- If needed, offer free shipping for options 2-4
